Childcare and early education are the foundation blocks for children and families in Massachusetts to thrive. It is time we treat them as such.

In Congress, Tram will work to:

• Invest in universal Pre-K and early education, centering universal access and affordability, so that every family, regardless of income, has access to high-quality care.

• Subsidize childcare and early education costs for low-income families and cap expenses for middle-income households, 

• Value early childhood educators by pushing for livable, professional wages and workforce development.
